Yes. Upgrade anytime — the difference is charged pro-rata for the rest of your current cycle. Downgrade anytime — your current plan continues until the end of your billing cycle, then you move to the lower tier.

Monthly subscriptions: Full refund within 7 days, 50% refund within 15 days. After 15 days, no refund — but you can cancel future renewals anytime.

Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 7 days, 50% refund within 30 days. After 30 days, the annual term runs to its end. Pro-rata refunds may be considered on a discretionary basis for documented hardship (medical incapacity, bereavement of an immediate family member, or relocation outside India).

Refunds are subject to a usage adjustment if you have already consumed reports or features whose retail value exceeds the refund.

If we generated something blank, broken, or clearly missing a section listed on the product page, write to grievance@ujyara.com within 7 days of the transaction and we'll either regenerate it or refund you. Details in our Refund Policy.

BTR has its own refund window: by the end of day 6 from the date your report was generated. If the rectified time can be shown to be wrong on the basis of birth-record evidence you supplied with the original request, we refund 50% of the BTR fee. Write to grievance@ujyara.com within day 6.

Pack credits last 12 months from purchase. We send reminders in months 13, 14, and 15 if you have unused credits. After month 15, unused credits expire.

If at least 50% of your credits are unused at expiry, you can claim a 50% buyback within 6 months of expiry. One buyback per user. Details in Refund Policy.

Prices may change over time. If we change the price of a plan you are on, the change does not affect the cycle you have already paid for — both increases and decreases take effect from your next renewal date. We do not issue retrospective top-ups on increases or retrospective refunds on decreases. Promotional or introductory pricing remains valid only for the specific period for which it was offered.

Yes. Every price you see includes 18% GST. Every paid transaction comes with a GST-compliant tax invoice sent to your registered email. Every approved refund comes with a GST-compliant credit note.

If Ujyara is unavailable for 7 or more consecutive days due to causes within our control, or 30 or more consecutive days due to causes beyond our control, paying users can request either a subscription extension or a pro-rata refund. Details in our Refund Policy.

Yes — you can generate kundalis, numerology, and other readings for family members, partners, and others. Where you enter someone's birth details, please make sure they know that an AI service is processing those details.

For chart-based features (kundali, muhurat, remedies for family or someone else), we accept their first name or a 5-character short reference plus their birth details. We auto-delete the birth details within 24 hours of the report being generated.

Every Ujyara reading is AI-generated, drawing on classical Vedic texts. There is no human astrologer reviewing readings. We are upfront about this — every report carries an AI-generated label.

We use a two-database design — your full legal name and email live in a separate, locked-down identity database, while your astrology data lives in a service database. They share only your phone number as the link.

Birth details of other people you enter (family, Match Making partners, Someone Else) are auto-deleted within 24 hours of the report being generated.
